Who can benefit from family therapy?
Family therapy is therapy focused on the family system, and the functioning within it. It is a safe space to bring together the family in order to explore the dynamics, and better understand areas of growth within the family. Family therapy can look many different ways. It can be a parent and child, siblings, or the whole family. It is tailored to what you need within your family, and the goals that you bring to therapy.
